How many times have you heard, “I just HATE my job”? I’ve heard it a lot, and what I discover is that it really isn’t so much the JOB you ‘hate’, it is the environment created by people you work with manifesting a dreaded “work place”.
How you handle your working relationships, directly parallels how you work with all your relationships: both professionally and personally. Really? Yes, really. The people that you work with are an integral part of your life. You see them everyday, you may need to interact with them on a project, or even pull together and interact with them as an entire group in order to sufficiently complete the task at hand.
Yes, we all have unique personalities, and like to do things “my way” but in the work place, you are asked to perform certain tasks at hand doing it a different way than what you would see as perhaps more effective.
The Angel of the Day is more of a group. They are your Angels of Business Associates. These angels work WITH you to ensure good working relationships, cooperation with others, positive outcomes in your endeavors, and guide you through your career. They are a great group to have with you….especially if you “hate your job”…..
Spiritually, you block these angels from doing THEIR job when you are self-indulgent (think everything is about you), have your own set of values (being judgemental) and poor communications (if something is bothering you about HOW someone else is performing, go talk to that person).
Supervisors, bosses, the ones in charge do not “know it all” and are not above reproach. If you have a solution to something that isn’t working right – talk to the person that has the ability to produce change.
Please realize that no one is perfect. Some people you work with may not have the ability to drop their personal issues at the door prior to arriving to work. Do NOT take it personal when that individual is quiet and withdrawn.
The key to a happier work environment, and better co-workers actually starts with YOU, and asking your Angels of Business Associates to guide you, spiritually, to block the ego and just do what you are capable of doing. Most of all, before you “hate your job” ask yourself this very important question: “What can I do that will change MY attitude about those that I work with?”
So, how IS that job working out for you? I advise you to start by working it out with yourself! You’ll be amazed by how the shift will occur from “dreary” to “happier”.
